We have put a lot of effort into ensuring the quality of our craftsmanship and raw materials so that you receive the best quality product. In the event that you do need to return something, we will accept returns within 15 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for Return shipping costs and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Exchanges are permitted, and a shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied to the exchange order.

Refunds will be processed when delivery of the returned product is confirmed at our warehouse.
